What Channel Does the Louisville Cardinals Play on Tonight

U of L's Dre Davis (14) drives to the basket during the first practice of the season at the Kueber Center in Louisville, Ky. on Sep. 30, 2021.

Louisville released its men's basketball schedule in mid-September and now, nearly a month later, most of the tip times and TV designations also have been announced.

Cardinals games will be televised on multiple networks: the ACC Network, ACC Network Extra, Regional Sports Networks and ESPN's family of networks.

The only game without a designated time and TV network thus far is Dec. 18 at Western Kentucky. That information will be announced at a later time, as will TV for U of L's Nov. 27 game against Maryland or Richmond in the Bahamas.

U of L's season opener against Southern on Nov. 9 will be shown on Regional Sports Networks, a group that includes Bally Sports South, Bally Sports Florida, Bally Sports Sun, Bally Sports Midwest, Bally Sports Indiana, MASN, NESN and YES Network, with the specific networks carrying each game identified closer to the events.

In the Louisville area, Bally Sports South is available on AT&T U-verse channel 1724, DIRECTV channel 646, Spectrum channel 70 and streaming provider DIRECTV STREAM. Games can also be streamed on BallySports.com or the Bally Sports app using authenticated provider credentials.

Four of the Cardinals' first six games will be on ACC Network Extra, a digital production available online to authenticated subscribers of the ACC Network through the ESPN app.
